Floating Bar Postition + Tweet Button

Where and how can I modify the CSS to reposition the floating bar a few pixels up?

Also in the floating bar, I notice that the tweet button and # of shares exceed the size of the bar. The other social media buttons fit just fine. How can I make the tweet button smaller so it can also fit?
