    Hello!
    I tried many times to etu py my whatsapp button and didnt get a result that runs.
    Here an example:

    Button URL:
    https://wa.me/49123456789

    where +49 123 456789 ist the number for this example.

    Whats wrong?

    Hi Karl, can you please tell me which feature you are using ?

    Is it “share buttons” or “mobile share bar” or “floating sharebar” ?

    Hi,

    here is enabled Follow bar and Mobile sharebar.

    on the right side it must be Follow bar.

    Hi Karl,

    Mobile numbers are 10 digits. In your example excluding “country code” mobile number is only 9 digits. Hence the issue.

    I added a 0 to the URL and it is valid now.

    https://wa.me/491234567890
