Can you please share press Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome and share the errors seen ?

1. Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).conditioner is not a function
2. script.js?ver=4.1.6:1263 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).draggable is not a function
3. Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined

It looks like multiple jQuery plugins are not loaded in the admin page. Example “draggable” is a plugin in WordPress itself.
Can you please try disabling some plugins and see ?
