Hello,

I just switch to Announcer Pro to use the feature Multiple Message.
[Order #13889] (November 29, 2023)

The layout “Ticker (Horizontal scroll) (New)” works well with one message.
But when after “Add another message” the scroll stands still, does not scroll anymore. The frontpage display as layout “Same Row” with the arrows < and >. Please the read annoucemance on our page: https://store.aufs.com.au/test-only/

Please check at your development end first since I cannot deactivate all plugins of my website. It is running live with hundreds of customers and contains over other 20 plugins.

Hi Minh,

The “multiple messages” feature works as a “slider”.

For the “horizontal scroll” (ticker) to work, please remove all “<-- message -->” tags after switching to “text editor”.

Once this is done, you should be able to pick “ticker” layout.

I’ll make a fix in the next version of the plugin to automatically set this. For now, please manualyl remove the message tag.
