When I try to share a post in twitter if there is quotation mark or apostrophe these characters are not displayed properly.

For example if my post’s title is: Lady Gaga’s new album

It is shared in twitter like that: Lady Gaga’s new album – http://www.heryerdemuzik.net?p=218

How can I solve this problem?

It happens, when the title has NON ascii characters. One of them is curly quotes.
