Hello Guys,
I use Super RSS Reader Pro here: https://heistheman.dir.bg/novini/ and have a little problem, which I hope has an easy solution.

When a new article appears in RSS – https://dir.bg/feeds/rss/topic/he-s-the-man the information in my site is updated after some unspecified time. I try to clean cache but not working.

Can i make it to fetch on a round hour and how to make that?

Yes you can change the RSS feed caching duration.
