hi there! I am having a problem whenever I turn on the universal share button on wp sociallizer(settings) it creates two h3 tags on share and copy short link in my webpages. how can I edit it or change it.

if you enter the articles you will see floating share bar
whenever I go to page source I see additional h3 tag about (share and copy short link) which I do not want or want to change it.

Hi @mr-shuvo

Sorry for the delay.
The h3 tags are used by the “more share links” button (the plus button in the sharebar).

The more button shows a popup which uses this header.

If you do not want to show that popup, please go to WP Socializer -> Settings -> Show share menu = No

yes. I figured out this but I want to plus sharebutton and change the h3 code into <p>. how can I do that? is that possible to change

Hi,

It is not possible to change the tag. You might have to edit the plugin’s source code.

Instead you can use CSS to make h3 look like p tag.

Hi @mr-shuvo,

Using CSS you can change the apperance of h3 to look like p tag.
This is a heading for a popup so it makes sense to be a h3 tag.

But may I know why you are interested to remove h3 tag?

can google misunderstand these tag? because I also have articles h3 tag so these two additional h3 tag
may google confused(what if) in indexing that is why.

Hi,

There is no need to worry about that. The right tag must be used based on the purpose. Google crawls everything on a page and knows the context.
