Hi,
thanks for your plug-in! Is there a way to prevent the Bar becoming thicker in responsive mode…is that just normal and like that for everyone or is it me? It’s probably 16 or 17 mm wide taking up far too much of a smartphone`s screen.

I cannot provide a url as I am working local. If it’s not normal and something you are not aware of I can send screenshots.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for using Announcer. There is no specific height set to the announcement bar in small screens, the items re-align in a new line.

I’m not sure if there is anything unusual happening on your site.

Could you please share a screenshot for me to have a look?
We can also try to reduce the bar height if possible.

As you can see here with responsive the bar is about twice as thick as in desktop mode

Hi Tim,

I see this is kind of expected. I’ll reduce the default margin in the next version of the plugin so it does not look like bloated.

For now, can you please add below CSS to your site?

@media only screen and (max-width: 800px) {
    .ancr-lo-same_row .ancr-btn-wrap{
        margin: 0.25em 0;
    }
}
