When using a phone to share an article to facebook, it defaults the share to the mobile’s browser rather than sharing from within my facebook app that’s installed on my phone.

So when someone tries to share from their phone, they’re asked to login via a mobile browser rather than a simple couple clicks via their app.

Anyway to have the default share be to the app rather than a browser on phones?

Hi Ian,

I understand the difficulty. But facebook does not have this feature hence it we cannot open the app. It is the same with any social plugin. Right now only some apps like WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, viber etc has that feature. Below link has some more information on this.
