My shortcoder subscription expired on March 4 so I manually renewed on March 5. Just today I received a notice that my subscription expired on March 4 with an offer to renew at a 10% discount which I of course couldn’t take advantage of because your notice was sent a month late. Not happy.

Thanks for the reply. As I mentioned, I already manually renewed on March 5 because the expiration notice came too late. If the discount is now available, it would only apply if a refund or partial refund is possible. Please let me know if that’s an option.
