The WP Socializer plugin has been automatically updated and the (Facebook) “share counting” function doesn’t work although it has been activated. Is this a bug or what are we possibly missing?

Can you please check if facebook app id and app secret information is set in wp socializer settings page ?

If yes, can you please share the website URL ?
