my question is how can it be integrated shortcode of your widget into html?

    Hi Spiros,

I didn’t understand your question, can you please share more details?
Do you mean if you can use the shortcode inside post?

    Thanks,

I can’t enter shortcode from the menu appearance->customize
For some reasone this error appears:
    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access this resource.
    Port 443

Can I insert it from the menu appearance->widgets into a html block?

    Hi Spiros,

Regarding the “access denied” error. I’m not sure if that is related to SRR plugin.

Yes, you can insert the shortcode anywhere i.e the area should “execute” shortcodes. HTML blocks execute shortcodes so you can paste the shortcode there.

If you see the shortcode text as is then it means the shortcode is not executed.

    Thanks,
    Aakash

ok How can I introduce it?
I think there is a problem.
only the shortcode text is displayed in html block

    Hi Spiros,

The shortcode should work as expected.
When you say HTML block I’m not sure which one in specific. Please share screenshot if possible.

I would suggest using the “shortcode” block instead.

Note: If any other shortcode can work, then the shortcode from SRR plugin will also work. Please try if other shortcodes are also working in whichever place you are trying to display the reader. Feel free to share more details for quick resolution.

    Thanks,
    Aakash

the following shortcode is not executed: [srr_feed urls=”https://www.esos.gr/rss.xml”%5D
    could you see this?

    Hi Spiros,

I see that the shortcode has “fancy characters” for “double quotes” and square brackets.
Not sure if that is causing the issue.

Could you please try and share the following?
    1) Copy and paste the example seen in “super rss reader – pro -> example”
    2) Edit that example with your feed URL and see if it works.
    3) A screenshot of the post editor where the shortcode is inserted
    4) The page URL where the shortcode is inserted.

    Thanks,
    Aakash
