Hello,

I created a Gutenberg block, saved it as a shortcode (following the documentation).
When I place the shortcode on a post, the content displays correctly except for the buttons. The buttons are supposed to by part of the Gutenberg Block. See screenshot

Question:
1) Any idea how to fix that?
2) How do I make support message private?
