Using Announcer Pro for a couple of months now and it has been working fine. Previously a single announcement in “ticker” layout would start scrolling across the page as soon as it opened. Now it opens fixed at the top of the page, but will start scrolling if I mouse over it (without clicking). Puzzled as to what setting might cause this. Please help.
Follow up: the problem seems to be on Safari. When I open the same page with the announcement in Chrome it behaves properly, ticker starting as soon as the announcement appears. Perhaps there is a Safari setting causing the problem.
