AakashKeymasterHappy that the problem is solved. Your theme looks good but the coding is not good and needs more tweaking otherwise, the WP Socializer will work in a click.
Even I’ve spend a lot of time guiding you for the using the plugin well.
Note: if there are special characters in the “title” or “url” Twitter rejects that url. For ex twitter considers “#” as another parameter. So try using simple texts as title and URL.
Happy WP Socializering !
AakashKeymasterThis happens, when the URL is invalid or if it contains any special characters. Try checking the URL.
Does this happen to all the pages of your site ??
AakashKeymasterAs per your mention, this error is rectified in the WP Socializer v2.4.3
Thank you.
AakashKeymasterTwitter uses its own URL shortening service (t.co) I didn’t see any official API for shortening URLs with bit.ly
Article: http://techcrunch.com/2010/08/12/twitter-tweet-button/
API: https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tweet-button
Only the “Social bookmarking buttons 16px and 32px” buttons use the bitly feature to shorten the URLs.
Thank you.
AakashKeymasterTry adding the form once again to the sidebar. It will work.

AakashKeymasterThanks for using WP Socializer.
AakashKeymasterSorry for the late reply,
When I Saw you site, the pin button allows to select the images from the post. Can you please tell the script you use to get that ??
AakashKeymasterWP Socializer has built in functions for manual placement. You can use them in your case.
I dont know how your theme’s template are organized, but Ill say the general method.
– Open themes/YOUR THEME/single.php
– Add this line
Code:
before
Code:Reference: http://www.aakashweb.com/docs/wp-socializer-docs/manual-placement/
Thats all.
AakashKeymasterHello,
Facebook share button is deprecated and Facebook doesn’t recommend to use it.
Like button is the alternative provided by Facebook and works similar to the share button.

AakashKeymasterJust for a test, change your theme to “twenetyeleven” and check whether this happens.
I am saying this because, none reported me about this issue as it is a big problem with the plugin. But none reported and even I didn’t experience any problem when I tested in WP 3.0, WP 3.4 and 3.4.1 with nine different themes.
If the plugin works with the “twentyeleven” theme then there is no issue with the plugin. There is a problem with the theme you are using.
Another thing is, try enabling the “Show in excerpt” option, as many themes use the “the_excerpt()” function instead of “the_content()” function for displaying the post content.
AakashKeymasterThe plugin uses the standard method of using the “meta boxes’ you see on the post editing page. So auto-save will work as normal. I’ve never experienced a similar effect as you told. This is completely new.
Check out the image below, the buttons are checked even after the post is saved automatically.

AakashKeymasterSorry for the late reply,
Please do as shown in the image and save the settings.

AakashKeymasterDisabling the floating share bar on individual pages is a feature yet to be added and it is planned.
If you give the site URL, ill check the Javascript errors which clash with the plugin.
