Hi there,
Could you please confirm if the logged in user has “administrator” role?
Can you also please try deactivating and activating the plugin again and see if it works?
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Daniel,
RSS feeds are cached for 12 hours so that it does not add load to your website servers.
If you are interested in decreasing the cache time, please follow the answer in the FAQ below.
Depending on how frequent the source RSS feed itself changes, you can set the caching time.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Scott,
Thanks for using Shortcoder – PRO plugin.
Looks like you have the free version installed. Please deactivate the free version and activate the PRO version. Your data will remain intact.
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi,
RSS feed mostly contains external links and links to external images.
Hence, could you please configure the other plugin to exclude such links from scanning/modification?
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Glenn,
There is no issue with SRR and the latest version of WordPress.
I looked at your site and can’t guess what might be the reason.Looking at the source code of your site, it seems the output of the plugin is modified.
Expected output:
On your website:
Please take a backup of the plugin files if needed, delete it and install again. If you have any administrator or developer who takes care of your website check with them too.
If you are using the PRO version, please ensure if you are using “custom feed item template”
Ensure the “title” tag is part of it and the HTML tags are syntactically correct in terms of nesting and order.
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for using Shortcoder.
Users usually copy one shortcode and paste it in posts or pages.
Could you please share more details on the use case for copying more than one shortcode? Thanks,

Thanks for using Shortcoder.
I understand your inconvience.
The reason is that, sometimes user set display name on their own. So in that case the display name cannot be changed automatically.Anyways I’ll try to find ways to avoid this inconvience in the next version of the plugin.
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Mario,
As of now the plugin supports sizes upto 64px since I thought there wouldn’t be any need for more than that.
To increase the button size, please select “64px” and inser the CSS below anywhere on your website or in the “additional settings page” of the UFW settings page.
a.ufw_btn.ufw_btn_64px{ font-size: 26px; width: 72px; height: 72px; line-height: 72px; }
Please change 72px and 26px as needed.
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Mario,
As per the screenshot, it seems you are interested in keeping the image icon of your choice without any button background color.
To do that, please set “transparent” as the value for the “button background color”. Click the color picker and type “transparent” and save the settings.
Please note that since button background is transparent, the close icon will use the same background. So you might need to use custom close icon with a background color to overcome this.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi Mario,
Thanks for using UFW plugin. Glad that the issue is resolved!
Thanks,
AakashAakash ChakravarthyKeymasterHi there,
Thanks for using our plugin.
Could you please share info on which plugin you are using?
Renewing the license does not delete/overwrite any CSS. The plugin does nothing related to that.Did you edit the plugin source file with your custom CSS?
In that case, when you upgrade the plugin, then the old plugin will be uninstalled and new one will be installed. So your modifications inside the plugin code will be gone. Is that what you mean? Thanks,

I just reviewed the code and it looks like
ago
is hardcoded. This needs to be addressed in the next version of the plugin.
For now, please make the change in the code directly.
Go to plugins -> plugin editor -> super-rss-reader/includes/feed.php at line no.195 changeago
to the text of your choice.
Save the file.Thanks,
