This is what I’m getting now:

I tried it on another website from another host but still, get the same error. If I enter another feed URL, it works fine, so one would think that the initial URL is the problem, but you were able to add that URL (https://ahorroseguro.ec/feed) to your website. So, I’m kinda lost here.
